W E D D I N G   I N S T A L L A T I O N

A commission to design and make a bespoke piece of art for the wedding of Charlie and Simon.

 

The piece is a stylised depiction of a Christmastime view over London from Parliament Hill - a special place for the couple.

Inspired by shadow puppets the piece is made from black card cut out by hand in an intricate design. The layers are lit from behind and encased by a wooden box which doubles as a blackboard which was used by wedding guests to leave messages for the Bride and Groom.
